Vice President of Behavioral Health- Merakey
As a key member of the Executive Team, responsible for planning, directing, and managing the overall operations and growth of the organization's adult behavioral health services. Successfully manage $80 million dollars of behavioral health programs for Philadelphia, surrounding Pennsylvania counties, and Virginia.
2006-2011
Executive Director of Children Services- Merakey
Led the development and implementation of all children's behavioral health services for five counties (Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, and Chester). Worked collaboratively with three regional behavioral health managed care organizations (Magellan, CCBH, and CBH), and the state Pennslyvania Division of Children and youth within each county.
2004 - 2006
Director of Children Services- Merakey
Managed operations for all children's programs and behavioral health services for Philadelphia County. Acquired new programs and led expansions for existing programs. Improved quality monitoring procedures and policies resulting in improved efficiency and participant outcomes.
2002 - 2004
Chief Executive Officer- Milan Inc.
As CEO and principal consultant led a multidisciplinary clinical team contracted to provide therapeutic interventions to ex-combatant children soldiers for the Disarmament, Demobilisation, Rehabilitation and Reintegration (DDRR) program established by the United Nations Mission in Liberia, West Africa. Implemented therapeutic trauma interventions to promote resilience and healing.

Provided operational oversight and responsibility for all children’s services programs including case management, Behavioral Health and Rehabilitation Services (BHRS), school-based services, family-based services, children's outpatient behavioral health, and early intervention. Served in various roles in the organization including BHRS Case Manager (1997), BHRS Supervisor (1998), BHRS Director (1999) leading to success in the role as Executive Director of Children Services (2000).
